The Track1 – SKLT CARBON Edition SR009 flows in developing the skeleton dial collection, allowing the full beauty of its revolutionary movement to be unveiled.
Limited in 25 numbered pieces and crafted from stratified forged carbon, this architectural timepiece was engineered with the intent of reducing mass, enhancing lightness and opening wide on the movement.
The novelty is also the Singer caoutchouc strap fitting the dynamic spirit of the chronograph and embodying the pursuit of lightweight and technicity.
THE CELEBRATION OF ENGINEERING
The Track 1 – SKLT CARBON Edition features the new-generation transparent dial, suspended over the movement, allowing a view of the components below.
Shaped as a structural chassis, the open-work dial reveals the signature minutes wheel below, highlighted in a golden finish, to match the aesthetic of this special watch. Underneath the minutes wheel lies the automatic rotor itself.
Through the open-work dial of the Track1 – SKLT Edition, these vital elements of the movement are finally exposed and visible, revealing the secret of our automatic system.
A LIGHT-WEIGHT CASE
The Track 1 – SKLT CARBON watch case is fashioned from stratified forged engineered with the intent of enhancing lightness and sportivity.
The case made from this high tech material has been milled directly from a solid bloc, in order to ensure dimensional perfection and so guarantee 100 meters of waterproofness.
Everything is Important’ remains our mantra at Singer. Accordingly, we have turned our attention to the details elsewhere. Bezel, push buttons and crown, made of grade 5 titanium, are mirror polished by hand and coated in black DLC in order to sublimate the watch case.
THE CAOUTCHOUC STRAP
On the occasion of the revealing of the SKLT CARBON Edition and for the very first time, Singer introduces a caoutchouc strap in the collection.
The black openwork strap reinterprets the iconic rivet perforations showing both the vintage style and energetic look.
The strap full of character fits the dynamic spirit of the chronograph embodying the pursuit of lightweight and technicity.
It is designed and tailored for all wrist sizes.
Powered By Audacity - 477 movement components
The underlying idea that led to the invention of the AgenGraphe was to enhance the legibility of the chronograph – which is usually poor due to the indications being spread out across the dial combined with the use of small counters. The AgenGraphe brings together all the chronograph functions in the center of the watch, allowing for an easy and intuitive reading of elapsed time. Achieving this required radically new movement architecture in order to create space centrally for the chronograph mechanism. As a result, the timekeeping functions are built into the periphery.
